Langer's Family Entertainment Center Opens in Sherwood

PARKWAY VILLAGE AT SHERWOOD CELEBRATES ANCHOR OPENING

With much anticipation, Langer’s Entertainment Center has officially opened at 21650 S.W. Langer Farms Parkway in Sherwood. The 54,000 sq. foot space hosts such attractions as Pacific Northwest themed laser tag, a three-story rock climbing wall (modeled off of Smith Rock), a one of a kind aerial obstacle course, a 22-lane bowling alley, arcade games and a sports bar and restaurant. Langer’s also features an adult getaway in theform of a second-floor glassed-in bar, vintage arcade, pool, darts and a jumbo gas-fed fireplace. Event, birthday party and corporate gathering hosting rounds out the center's offerings. With great food and endless games and entertainment, Langer's rivals other large national family fun centers offerings. A legacy project for the Langer family, the center boasts wood sourced from local and family farms, making it an iconic space for those living in Oregon.


Next door to the Parkway Village at Sherwood development anchored by Walmart off SW Tualatin-Sherwood Road, Michelle Rozakis and Nicholas Diamond of Real Estate Investment Group are pre-leasing inline and endcap retail space in Phase II. Phase I contains the aforementioned Walmart anchor, Starbucks, The Old Spaghetti Factory, Panera Bread, Mod Pizza, GoHealth Urgent Care anda UPS Store among others. Phase II of Parkway South will offer 27,160 sq. feet of retail, restaurant and service space, plus a 12,275 SF freestanding daycare building next to the Langers Entertainment Center.
