MODERA BELMONT TO BE NEW HOME OF BRUNCH BOX'S SECOND PORTLAND LOCATION
Brunch Box, Portland's favorite burger specialty establishment has announced its move to a 2,114 SF space on SE Morrison Street in the Modera Belmont development, a recently-completed mixed-use building featuring 200 apartment units and ground-floor retail space, just west of the Goat Blocks.
Brunch Box has secured the last endcap space and is scheduled to open April 2019, serving up staples such as egg-topped burgers and spectacular Bloody Marys. According to the owner, this opportunity will allow Brunch Box to double the current breakfast fare offered at its downtown location on SW 9th Ave, in addition to seating almost 50 patrons, who will enjoy electronic ordering kiosks and an online ordering app.
Burger options abound, including the Burgermeister, Black and Bleu, Lil' Mo, Outlaw and Big Kahuna, along with sandwiches, fries, breakfast options and alcoholic beverages.
Michelle D. Rozakis of Real Estate Investment Group is pleased to have represented the landlord of the Modera Belmont development in securing a high-quality restaurant tenant.
In addition to Brunch Box, Real Estate Investment Group has leased up the remaining suites to tenants such as Hat Yai, Nuvrei, Puffle Waffle and The Portland Girl, all of which occupy ground-floor retail space at Modera Belmont.
